Little & Big Fish

Little Fish Banner

Our mid-week adults' and toddlers' Group is called Little Fish. Parents, carers and all children under school age are welcomed on a first come, first served basis. There is also a designated ‘baby area’ with suitable toys for the youngest children. In order to ensure safety, numbers at these sessions are limited to 60 family units.

Little Fish runs at our St John's site on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9.30 am to 11.00 am during school term time. If you can afford it, a donation of £3 would be appreciated. Little Fish works on a ‘drop in’ basis and children must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times. It is the responsibility of the parent or carer to supervise their child or children throughout each session.

Big FishWe also run a similar session once a month on a Saturday morning called Big Fish, for working parents and families to bring their pre-school children to meet together at our St John's site. Big Fish usually meets every 3rd Saturday at 9.00am. Look at the church calendar to see when the next one is.

We really look forward to meeting you!

Planning your Visit

New to Church?

If you're coming to Holy Trinity with St John's for the first time, this information will help you know what to expect.

Where and When?

Our 8am service is at our Holy Trinity Site (location details here).

Our 10:30am service is at our St John's Site (location details here).

For more information about our different Sunday services, please click here.

What about my children?

We actively welcome families with children of all ages. If your child is a baby or a toddler, they will remain with you for the duration of the service. A welcomer will give you a Toddler Bag as you come in - these contain a variety of toys and games to entertain your child. We are aware that it can be very hard for a toddler to remain in their seat throughout the service. If your child is getting restless, there is space on the carpeted area at the back where they can move about - and don't worry at all if they make a noise!
